Aaryama Somayaji

To her friends Aaryama Somayaji is the best friend a person could have and to her enemies the worst they foe they could ever receive. Thankfully she is my Best Friend and not the Worst Enemy because you have no idea what she can do. She slaps really hard until you are in a condition to see a doctor and emotionally black mails the other person till they beg at her feet.

I don’t think I should explain her bad qualities which I love, because she will, as you read this, kill me. She has a really good hand. I mean totally amazing you should see the things she can do with pile of junk. All she needs is a pencil in her hand and she can make your trash look heavenly.

Aaryama Somayaji and her group made a T-shirt for a competition,
guess what they got selected!

Her Art work when she was in 9th grade and mastering the
art of Pointillism

Her sketches of birds, she's brilliant at shading.

OUR HISTORY:

It all started back in 2008, when we were still little kids in year 7 wearing two pigtails and following the rules and regulations of our most wonderful Queen Mary’s School. Black hair bands and I-Cards were to be worn and shirts to be tucked inside the skirt above the belly button. But there are some children who didn't follow rules and one of them who stood out was Aaryama Somayaji. Well, she was the only one who wore pigtails but the other rules…well went straight to hell.

It started out with me as a new kid who had no idea how to write or read Hindi. So here came in Aaryama who wrote her own Hindi work while the teacher dictated and wrote mine too. Then slowly things did start to build up besides Hindi work. I figured I wasn’t the only soul in the class who craved for books and danced classical, I figured I hated the part where she took sides with Nadal and not Federer’s and got irritated by the fact that she doodled more and worked less.

In 2009, we all went up to 8th  grade and thankfully I did pass in Hindi, and we were in the same class. This year, we got closer on books more then we had last year. We read the twilight series and learned to hate them through time and appreciate the wonderful classic of JRR Tolkein in Lord Of The Rings. We went through countless of books that year, we invented the book ceremony and she also ate my lunch and water excessively but I learned to run from her (except only, she is a really fast runner). Aaryama also came up with an idea for her very own personal book this year eventually I helped her out a lot and co-authored her at the end of the year.

When we reached 9th grade we got separated into different sections. We met each other but not enough. Although During our Annual Day we were together and we tortured little children to read Harry Potter and listen to us singing Script songs. Finally when we did reach 10th  we were in the same classes, but this time I am not here for her. Sorry Aaryama L.

Top Five reasons why I  miss you A lot:

Monku Sen,  Aaryama's little cat
5.  I love Monku Sen (aka Ginger)! I’ll miss her adventurous stories and her awfully weired ways. I just hope you guys stop tormenting her, she just a poor little kitty after all.
4.     You are the most creative person I have EVER seen. You live on making mistakes and that’s a really cool Art mantra, though you may not no it yourself. You inspire me.
3.    I will miss our book discussions so much! And our fights with other people when we Shout “You twilighter’s cant say a damn thing about about our Harry Potter!” and they go like huh?..
2.    You are the best Co-author in the world. I keep changing the story and you keep implementing and agreeing with it.
1.   You are always there for me! (I know that this is a rip off) but you are either its on my way to the bathroom, canteen or even my useless SST Project.

Thank you for being the bestest friend on the entire planet. I love you and will miss you always. Forever. (To check out her favorite book Click here- Aaryama & Brisingr )
